GROUP CLASSES

Group classes are an affordable and fun way to get in shape! We offer an assortment of group classes to keep you interested.

BootCamp

BootCamp classes are designed to make you stronger, healthier, and avoid injury. We will primarily use your body weight and cover power walking, push ups, squats, lunges, crunches, stretching, and just about anything to keep you motivated and get results, while having safe, injury-free fun. All exercises can be modified to your fitness level.

No one will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Whether you have five or fifty pounds to lose or haven’t exercised for years, you’ll find our Boot Camp is just the program for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend.

The hour-long BootCamp classes are held outdoors (weather permitting) and are for

  • People looking to safely get back into shape
  • Folks who are overweight or under-conditioned and enjoy group camaraderie and motivation
  • Women looking to get back into shape after a pregnancy
  • Men who may have gone “to pot”
  • Those who want a safe and economical form of group exercise

What you can expect:

  • You will be motivated and have fun
  • You will be provided with challenges that are tailored to your individual fitness level
  • You will have more energy
  • You will increase your strength and flexibility
  • You will feel better about yourself.

Boxing Classes

Fire up your metabolism by learning how to box! There is NO other exercise like boxing—it is cardio and strength training all rolled into one killer workout! Learn all of the boxing moves – jumping rope, punches, combinations, slipping, and bobbing and weaving. Conditioning drills are interspersed during the course of the class. The boxing class is fun and safe for both novice and more advanced participants. The fitness level of all participants will be taken into account, with modifications on an individual basis for all that we do.

Kettlebell Classes

Learn to use kettlebells safely and effectively. Kettlebells bring strength and cardiovascular training together in a series of quick exercises. Our class instructor has a kettlebell certification from CrossFit. Classes are 45 power packed minutes.
