How Do We Do It?
After you contact us, we’ll arrange for one of our trainers to meet you at a location that’s convenient for you (Fitness First gym, your company gym, or at your home). We’ll discuss your current athletic ability and zero in on areas that need improvement. We’ll discuss goals and your expectations. We will perform a free assessment to help determine your range of motion and discover any muscular imbalances that you may have.
